Jivamukti Yoga combines ethical and spiritual ideas with a strong, dynamic physical practice, based on Astanga, that will leave you inspired and uplifted. Created by artist musicians Sharon Gannon and David Life, the classes take on a monthly theme where animal rights, the environment and vegetarianism are the focus. Expect flowing, vinyasa-based sequences practiced to music, traditional chanting, reflection upon the relevance of yoga scriptures to modern life and a closing mantra meditation or relaxation. 




The room is heated allowing muscles, ligaments and tendons to be warmed and stretched in a specific sequence. Internal organs and glands are gently massaged and the heated room ensures that participants will sweat helping them to flush toxins out of their system. In this cardiovascular hot yoga class, fresh, oxygenated blood is brought into to every part of the body cleansing and rejuvenating the entire system. The class consists of a sequence of postures, each posture is held for a period of time to strenthen, tone and stretch the body. This is a great class if you are new to yoga but also is challenging enough for even the most advanced yogi. This class has different running times of 60, 75 or 90 mins. Hot flow yoga is a flowing sequence of postures designed for conditioning, toning, and focus. This class emphasizes the connection of movement with the breath. Sun salutations are practiced between each sequence of postures throughout the entire standing series. Be prepared to sweat, tone your entire body and cleanse your soul. This class will transform you on all levels, physically, mentally and spiritually. This class is suitable for experienced students and brave beginners.- See more at:
