 I love the teachings of the chakras so much as the journey through the 7 energy points within the body can translate as a road map that we can use to help to balance out different areas of your being and life to bring you back into alignment. Ultimately to be able to lift your energy higher towards the main goal of feeling clearer, happier and more connected within.
