Practising with a teacher on a one on one basis allows your session to be tailored with your specific needs.  


If you are new to yoga, private lessons can help you build a strong foundation before diving into group classes. Taking private lessons gives you the space and time to gain greater understanding of challenging poses which have always seemed to difficult for you. 


Whether you are new to the yoga practice or wanting to advance an already progressed practice, one to one lessons are key to laying a founadation if you are just begining or to lift and deepen your practice to the next level. The sessions will be specifically tailored to you, whether you want the sessions to focus purely on the physical or whether you want to delve deeper into meditation, the phylisohpy of yoga and all the different practices that are part of the yoga practice as a whole is up to you.


Once you decide to go ahead with the one to one sessions we will have a first complemantry consultation either via skype or over email to analyse exactly what you would like to gain from the sessions. From there I can make a plan for your personalised sessions, allowing you to get the most out of our time together.
